Shipping & Returns

Organico accepts return of damaged products caused by delivery (i.e. any defective items). Customers can requests for full refund or exchange within 14 days of purchases. Please keep the receipt of the order. Exchange or Return will not be offered if the order receipt is not provided. Customers should bare the additional shipping fee.
