Breakfast: Açaí Bowl

Ingredient:

  1. Fresh berries (Blueberries &             raspberries)

  2. Chia Seeds 2tpsp

  3. Organic Walnut 

  4. Açaí powder 200g

* You can add any organic ingredients into the açaí bowl too!


 

Steps: 

  1. Put 200g açaí powder with 400ml water into the blender.

  2. Put the mixture into your bowl, sprinkle chia seed, walnut, fresh berries as toppings

Lunch: Wheat tortilla with turkey and avocado  

Ingredient:

  1. 8-inches Wheat Tortilla 2pcs

  2. Sliced Turkey Breast 4pcs

  3. Avocado 1/2

  4. Cucumber 50 10slices

  5. Salt 1tsps

  6. Pepper 1tsps

  7. Lime 1/2


 

Steps:
  1. Mash the avocado in a bowl
  2. Add few drops of lime juice and 1 teaspoon of salt and pepper into the mixture
  3. Spread the avocado mixture onto the wheat tortilla
  4. Place the turkey slices and cucumber in the middle of the tortilla
  5. Wrap up the tortilla and enjoy!
