What to do if you are craving burger & sugary drinks during diet

Nowadays, people are working so hard to achieve attractive body image. As we all know, eating habit and doing regular exercise are essential. It gives us healthier body and can help us to get rid of different diseases. We can see that people in Hong Kong generally has bad eating habit, and they have high intake of fat and sugar, like Bubble Tea, hamburgers, and fries. These foods contain artificial flavour which would greatly affect our health. Therefore, some may believe that it's very challenging for them to lose weight. However, there are actually many alternatives!

Example: 

Drink: Banana chocolate smoothie (No sugar added)

Banana acts as good sweetener, and it tastes perfectly when mixed with cocoa powder! You can taste the natural sweet! 

Burger: Choose organic beef! (which contains 0% of artificial flavours)

Organic beef contains high nutritional value, including OMEGA-3 fatty acid and potassium. NO PESTICIDES!

 To us, losing weight seems to be a life-battle, which never ends. However, we can find other way that allows us to enjoy food as well as maintain good health.
